A new IMI working paper examines the relationship between enrolment in offshore higher education and migration in the case of Australia.

This paper by visiting fellow Antonina Levatino shows a close link between offshore enrolment in Australian higher education and subsequent skilled migration to Australia. It is a first step in the exploration of this relationship, and an important contribution to the debate on skilled migration, student mobility, and new trends in the higher education sector.
